There is no "cloud".
The internet is a giant copy machine, and the cloud services we all use every day is just a computer owned by somebody else. With big tech currently selling personal data for ad targeting with no regulation few people seem to give a damn about privacy anymore. I like my privacy. That's why I created the LonelyMountain; To use my own cloud and keep my data safe from our corporate overlords.
The Lonely Mountain is an important landmark from The Hobbit. It was once the Dwarf King's palace and holds mountains of treasure guarded by the dragon Smaug. It represents the ultimate goal of the journey.
